Addiction treatment company's COO makes surprise exit

The chief operating officer for Brentwood-based AAC Holdings Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary American Addictions Centers resigned, the company announced in a regulatory filing. Candance Henderson-Grice's last day at the company was Feb. 3, according to the filing. The move, which "surprised" analyst Paula Torch of Avondale Partners, comes a few months after the addiction-treatment company fell short of analyst expectations in the third quarter, prompting a 50 percent dr op in share price.
